SPC Joseph A. Strong, 21, of Lebanon, Ind and SPC Douglas L. Tinsley, 21, of Chester, S.C.
Died of injuries suffered when the vehicle they were in was involved in a rollover incident on Dec. 26 in Baghdad, Iraq.
